Layout
The main House of Villa Lotus has three large king sized double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and there is a separate bungalow with king sized bedroom and ensuite. The bungalow has a separate private entrance, so the property could be rented as three or four bedrooms. All four rooms have LCD flat screen TVs, surround sound DVD player systems and Artcool silent airconditioners.
The main living area is open plan, with kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has state of the art European appliances. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs for up to eight people. The living area has comfortable sofas and chairs and state of the art Sony 40 inch LCD TV and surround sound DVD system and satellite TV. The Living area can be completely opened up to the lush gardens or if preferred can be closed with bi folding doors and full aircon.
The house and gardens are surrounded by lotus ponds. The area is very quiet and the only sounds at night are that of the waves from the nearby ocean or the frogs croaking in the ponds. There is a large pool with sun deck and bale. The villa provides full maid service and can provide chef service or driver on request
