TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bali Sunset Villas takes booking for small businesses that are greatly affected by cancellations. With that in mind, our booking conditions are as follows.

Booking Conditions

Published rates are in USD currency
Final payment is due 30 days prior to check in date. Failure to make the final payment by the due date will entitle Bali Sunset Villas to cancel your booking whereupon the deposit paid shall be forfeited.

If your booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival the full fee is payable immediately

The displayed rates are estimates only. The actual total will be calculated by Bali Sunset Villas in effect at the time charging occurs. Prices may therefore differ on a daily basis. When you make your booking, the rate will be fixed at the time Bali Sunset Villas issues its confirmation letter.

Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non refundable
Date changes are allowed if requested dates are available
